A trove of internal records from Dialog, the invitation-only network co-founded by Peter Thiel and Silicon Valley investor Auren Hoffman, has been exposed online, revealing for the first time the identities and activities of more than 200 powerful members drawn from politics, finance, and technology.
WIRED confirmed the leak, which was reported by journalists Dell Cameron and Yulia Almazova. The breach opens a rare window into an organization that has never maintained a public-facing website and has kept its membership hidden from outsiders for roughly two decades.axios
The leaked records show that more than 200 elites registered for a Dialog retreat whose agenda spanned panels on cult-building, sex, and preparation for World War III. An associated app linked to the organization offers matchmaking services to members. The data appears to have been left exposed online rather than obtained through a targeted hack.reddit
Among the reported members are Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Senators Ted Cruz and Cory Booker, former Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Google co-founder Eric Schmidt, chess champion Garry Kasparov, psychologist Jonathan Haidt, author Tim Ferriss, journalist Ezra Klein, and Elon Musk. The list also includes a former Saudi Arabian intelligence minister and the U.S. Army secretary.reddit
Dialog, often compared to “a tech-era Bilderberg,” was founded approximately two decades ago by Thiel and Hoffman. The organization has long operated in near-total secrecy, holding off-the-record meetings for its select membership.axios
In August 2025, Axios reported that Dialog’s leadership was in active discussions to purchase a physical venue in Virginia, just outside Washington, to serve as a permanent hub for its confidential gatherings. The planned expansion signaled the group’s ambition to embed itself in the capital’s power structure beyond any single presidential administration.gizmodo
The leak strips the veil from an organization whose influence has been whispered about but never documented in full. With members spanning the cabinet, Congress, big tech, and international affairs, Dialog represents one of the most concentrated collections of elite power in American life — now forced into public view by an accidental data exposure.socdefenders
