Emmanuel Macron on the Russia-Ukraine energy truce

French President Emmanuel Macron states that he has not seen any signs of an energy truce from Russia over the last 48 hours. According to him, there is currently no factual basis to change his position, as Russia continues to bomb both the civilian population and infrastructure in Ukraine.
