Fact of falsification of alcoholic beverages revealed in Tbilisi
- The Investigative Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia has revealed a fact of falsification of alcoholic beverages in Tbilisi.
1TV+4 - Law enforcement officers have charged one person and seized 97 bottles of bootleg alcoholic beverages.
1TV+3 - The investigation is ongoing under the first part of Article 197 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which provides for imprisonment for a term of 1 to 3 years.

Employees of the Investigative Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia have revealed a fact of falsification of alcoholic beverages in Tbilisi. According to the agency, in order to obtain illegal material benefit, the accused produced falsified beverages of the "SARAJISHVILI", "ASKANELI" and "ASKANELI V.S.O.P" brands in his own residential house, under makeshift conditions, using alcohol and various additives. 1TV+4
As a result of investigative actions, a total of 97 bottles of illegally produced products have been seized. One person has already been charged in the mentioned case. 1TV+3
The investigation into the case is ongoing under the first part of Article 197 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The mentioned article provides for imprisonment for a term of 1 to 3 years as a penalty. 1TV+3
