Mariam Kvrivishvili met with the Minister of Tourism and Sports of Slovakia

Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Mariam Kvrivishvili met with the Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Slovak Republic, Rudolf Huliak. It was noted at the meeting that, according to data from the first two quarters of 2026, the number of visitors from Slovakia to Georgia increased by 67% compared to the same period last year. The parties positively assessed the first Georgia-Slovakia Tourism Forum held in 2026. The importance of Slovakia's support for Georgia in both bilateral and international formats was also emphasized. 1TV+3

Currently, direct flights between the countries are operated from Kutaisi to Bratislava with a frequency of 3 times per week.
