According to the agency, the decision is based on the assessment of international ENQA experts, who studied the changes implemented in 2024-2025. Based on the experts' conclusion, it was confirmed that the center's activities and the quality assurance mechanisms operating in Georgia fully comply with the standards and guidelines of the European Higher Education Area (ESG 2015). 1TV+5
According to the center, the restoration of registration will facilitate the internationalization of the higher education system and increase international credibility. At the same time, Publika notes that on December 20, 2024, the center's registration was suspended, the reason for which, according to industry specialists, was the violation of European standards and the existence of political influence, which the center denied and expected to rectify.
