In Tbilisi, one person was arrested on charges of minibus theft. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the arrested person has been convicted multiple times in the past and is currently under a suspended sentence. 1TV+4
According to the investigation, the accused unlawfully appropriated the vehicle and fled the scene. As a result of operational measures, the police located the minibus in one of the municipalities of the Kakheti region and seized it as material evidence. 1TV+3
The investigation into the case is ongoing under sub-paragraph "d" of part 3 of Article 177 of the Criminal Code, which provides for a penalty of up to 7 years of imprisonment. 1TV+3
