Personnel changes implemented at the Ministry of Finance Investigation Service

Merab Gamkrelidze, head of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, has implemented personnel changes in the agency's structural units. As a result of the changes, the Tbilisi Main Division, as well as the regional structures of Kakheti, Mtskheta-Mtianeti, and Kvemo Kartli, will have new heads. 1TV+3

Giorgi Kharshiladze was appointed as the head of the Tbilisi Main Division, Giorgi Javakhishvili as the head of the Kakheti Regional Division, Giorgi Korsantia as the head of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Division, and Paata Gordashvili as the head of the Kvemo Kartli structural unit. 1TV+2

Within the framework of the meeting, Merab Gamkrelidze, together with the new heads, discussed the existing challenges in the direction of detection, effective investigation, and prevention of financial-economic crimes.
