Plea agreements signed with those convicted in the October 4 case
- The Tbilisi Court of Appeals approved Nana Sander's plea agreement, on the basis of which she will leave prison on November 6.
Radio Tavisupleba+3 - The court also approved plea agreements with Zurab Chavchanidze and Anton Vardanidze, who pleaded guilty.

Plea agreements
Regarding the events of October 4, 2025, a plea agreement was signed with convict Nana Sander on November 2, as a result of which she will leave prison on November 6. According to Sander's lawyer, the basis for the agreement was the accused's admission of the committed act and repentance. Radio Tavisupleba+3
In the same case, plea agreements were signed with Zurab Chavchanidze and Anton Vardanidze. According to their lawyers, both of them pleaded guilty and repented. According to Chavchanidze's lawyer, his sentence was set at 1 year and 1 month, which will be considered already served, and he will leave prison at the end of the week. At the same time, according to "Mtavari Arkhi" information, both of them were sentenced to 1 year and 1 month of imprisonment, and 2 years of probation. According to "First Channel", both individuals will leave the penitentiary institution in a few days, while according to Vardanidze's lawyer, his client will be released from prison on November 16. 1TV+5
Status of other convicts
The Court of Appeals upheld the City Court's verdict regarding Aleksandre Chilachava, Genadi Kupreishvili, Sulkhan Tughushi, Vladimer Gvelesiani, Ramaz Mamuladze, and Amiran Dolishvili, who have been sentenced to 5 years in prison. The verdict also remained in force for Mariam Meyqantishvili, who has been fined 5,000 GEL, and Abo Naveriani, who was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment. Naveriani refuses a plea agreement and considers himself an illegal prisoner. 1TV+3
