Plea agreements signed with those convicted in the October 4 case
- Nana Sander, Zurab Chavchanidze, and Anton Vardanidze, who were convicted in the October 4 case, admitted their guilt and applied to the Prosecutor's Office with a request to sign a plea agreement.
Imedi+6 - The Tbilisi Court of Appeals approved the plea agreement with Nana Sander today, while the decision on the cases of Zurab Chavchanidze and Anton Vardanidze will be announced tomorrow at 12:00.

A hearing was held in the Tbilisi Court of Appeals regarding the individuals convicted in the October 4 case. According to prosecutor Tamar Iakobidze, the prosecution submitted a motion to the court regarding the signing of a plea agreement with Zurab Chavchanidze and Anton Vardanidze, and presented closing arguments regarding the remaining six convicts. The court has already approved the plea agreement signed with Nana Sander, as a result of which she was sentenced to one year and one month of imprisonment and a two-year suspended sentence. According to Nana Sander's lawyer, Goga Bogveradze, the convict will leave the penitentiary institution on November 6. 1TV+2
The court will announce its decision on the cases of Zurab Chavchanidze and Anton Vardanidze tomorrow at 12:00. According to the Prosecutor's Office, all convicts confirmed that they admitted their guilt and requested the plea agreement voluntarily. At the same time, the court left the first-instance decision regarding Ano Naveriani and Mariam Mekantishvili unchanged. 1TV+3
