According to the Deputy Mayor of Tbilisi, Irakli Bendeliani, the opening of the road was accelerated due to the increased traffic flows associated with the start of the academic process. The City Hall states that the road markings in the area are temporary, and the works will be fully completed by the end of November. Rustavi 2
