1TV+3Interpressnews+11TV+1"Lelo – Strong Georgia" member Giorgi Sioridze stated at the Constitutional Court hearing that this court process is unprecedented, as world practice does not recall a case where the entire political opposition has been united in a single lawsuit. According to Sioridze, the lawsuit contains "serious mines" for the country's territorial integrity and foreign policy course, which is linked to the topic of the 2008 war and the threat of considering any future statement contrary to "Georgian Dream's" foreign policy course as a provocation of aggression. He also stated that there is a threat of legalizing a one-party dictatorship, and the Constitutional Court did not satisfy the motion to consult with the Strasbourg court. 1TV+2
Grigol Gegelia stated in Batumi, at the Constitutional Court, that it is necessary to satisfy the motion by which "Georgian Dream" must specify which party has what grievance. According to the assessment of Gegelia and Sioridze, Archil Gorduladze left this issue open and stated that they would explain it at the next stage, which, in the opinion of the opposition representatives, causes great harm to the process. 1TV+1
