The plaintiff side, "Georgian Dream", believes that the goal of the mentioned parties is unrest, destruction, and the collapse of the constitutional order in the country. Some of the opposition parties are expressing different positions regarding the court process. According to information from Rustavi 2, some political forces plan to enter the courtroom, while others will hold a protest rally outside the building. In Salome Samadashvili's assessment, the attempt to ban the parties is an attempt at a constitutional coup by "Georgian Dream" and Bidzina Ivanishvili. According to Giorgi Volski, however, the opponents are not answering the questions posed by them and are only appealing to the fact of the cancellation of the parties. Rustavi 2+2
