According to Badri Japaridze, "Lelo-Strong Georgia" appealed to the court with motions, including those regarding applying to the European Court of Human Rights and inviting experts from the Venice Commission, but the court did not satisfy any of them. According to Japaridze, the party is demanding an explanation as to what accusation is being directed at them, to which they hear the response "wait for us". Interpressnews+1
Japaridze noted that the representative of "Georgian Dream" hinted at a violation of Article 23 of the Constitution, which concerns the incitement of ethnic strife, violent overthrow, or the violation of territorial integrity. Japaridze claims that these accusations have no connection to "Lelo-Strong Georgia". Interpressnews
