Constitutional Court Chairman Revaz Nadaraia interrupted Giga Lemonjava and noted that the resolution has no connection to the specific lawsuit. According to Nadaraia, the parties at the court session should only speak regarding the case and not make political statements. Rustavi 2+1
Differences of opinion emerged at the session regarding the issue of the court's publicity. Nika Gvaramia stated that speaking at a court session does not only imply a dialogue with the court. In response, Revaz Nadaraia explained that publicity allows the public to observe the session, but the court podium is a space intended only for the court, because the court is the only decision-maker.
