According to the information released, the fraudsters offer citizens the use of loans and assistance with financial operations. In one case, a citizen was first contacted in the name of a commercial bank, and then, in the name of the National Bank, was convinced of the need to activate a loan, as a result of which the user activated a loan in internet banking and transferred part of the funds to a third party's account. 1TV+3

The National Bank emphasizes that, as the country's central bank, it does not issue loans to individuals and legal entities, does not open deposits, and does not assist users in the process of using financial products at commercial banks.
