Turkish citizen wanted by Interpol red notice arrested in Batumi
- In Batumi, law enforcement officers arrested a citizen of the Republic of Turkey who was wanted under an Interpol red notice.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the person was wanted under an Interpol red notice. According to the agency, the detainee was wanted at the request of Turkish law enforcement agencies on charges of sexual violence committed under aggravating circumstances against a 12-year-old child.
